An interdisciplinary team of occupational therapists, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, and psychological associates that provide specialized interventions that are customized to meet each client’s unique needs

Our mission for this project was to design and develop a information / lead generation website in which users could easily find out about the clinics services and insurance brokers could access neatly laid out referral forms for clients.

The website features a fully responsive single page layout with expanded interfaces which highlight services and different forms.
